• Curved concrete forms (Niemeyer lineage) OR rectilinear stacked volumes (MK27 lineage) — both valid.
• Cantilevered floor planes, terraces, or pools projecting over the slope.
• Brise-soleil (concrete or wood louver screens) shading the north and west facades — climate response.
